| Moses Sparks is an award winning commercial and editorial photographer based in Los Angeles. Specializing in people photography, he shoots for a wide range of entertainment, magazine, music, and corporate clients. A graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, he has also studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and UCLA, and is an active member of the Amercian Society of Media Photographers (ASMP). Moses has worked as a consultant for Art Center and corporate event clients on issues of training, workflow, and archiving of digital images. Moses currently holds the title of Staff Photographer for Universal Studios, where he shoots publicity and media events, celebrities, and top ranking executives. Moses has photographed many famous personalities, including: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Danny DeVito, Angela Lansbury, Matthew McConaughey, Ron Howard, U.S Presidents Ronald Reagan, George Bush, and Bill Clinton, Newt Gingrich, Michelle Pfieffer, Richard Dreyfuss, Jamie Lee Curtis, Marcia Cross of “Desperate Housewives”, Billy Crystal, and many others. In addition to his staff position, Moses has freelanced for clients including: Entertainment Weekly, Harpers Bazaar, Detour Magazine, USC, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Bank of America, The Los Angeles Lakers, OPI, and Jafra Cosmetics International. In the fine art field, Moses received a grant from Ilford Photo Corporation for “The Human Forest”, a series of original photographs that was exhibited as a one-man show in Los Angeles, Portland, and Seattle. He has also served as a curator for LA-ART, a group co-op of young artists and galleries. This will be the 5th consecutive year Moses has covered the Revlon Run/Walk for Women as the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s exclusive photographer. Moses lives in Burbank,
California with his wife and two children.
